Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All House of Chops garments are printed to order specifically for you. We don't hold stock, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or fit preference.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Whilst rare, product faults do occasionally happen. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at houseofchopsofficial@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue.

You have 28 days from dispatch to report any faults. For claims within this period, we'll arrange either a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, product faults reported after 28 days can only be replaced, not refunded.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your claim is accepted, we'll provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

SIZING

All measurements are provided in the size guide on each product page. Please check carefully before ordering. We cannot accept returns for sizing issues.
